Where can I be scanned?
You can be scanned in our studio by appointment .
Kleveringweg 6
2616 LZ Delft
What is the delivery time?
The process of scanning, post-processing, production and packaging takes an average of 10-12 weeks. Take a look behind the scenes for a more detailed explanation of the entire process.
How can I pay?
After your scan has been made, we will send you an invoice. You pay this before your sculpture is picked up or shipped.
Is the sculpture waterproof?
Yes, the sculptures are made of a waterproof composite. They are delivered in a beautiful display case. But of course this can fog up. It also contains electronics for lighting. It is therefore best to avoid humid environments.
How do I keep my sculpture beautiful?
We deliver the sculpture in a beautiful display case to protect it and show it off to its best advantage.
The UV radiation from sunlight can cause the colors to fade after years. If the sculpture is not in full sun, this is not a problem.
Is 3D scanning harmful?
3D scanning uses technology to create a sculpture from a large number of photos. Our 3D scanner therefore exclusively uses photography and is not harmful to your health.
The scanner uses flashes. If you are sensitive to this, you can let us know in advance.

How long does the appointment last?
We understand that for some people it can feel like a big undertaking to go somewhere.
Don’t worry though!
On average, an appointment lasts about 45 minutes; Over a cup of tea we discuss the wishes for the 3D sculpture and the 3D scan itself is made in a flash.
What is the sculpture made of?
The 3D sculpture is made of synthetic resin.
What kind of clothing can I wear during the 3D Scan?
Small details cannot be produced in 3D and disappear in the end result. Glasses and sunglasses are requested to be removed during the scan. Transparent materials are also difficult to scan and print.
What kind of pose can I hold during the 3D Scan?
Small details cannot be produced in 3D and disappear in the end result. It is best to hold your fingers together, hand gestures such as a thumbs up will become too fragile at small sizes. When posing, think mainly of the result as a sculpture, how would you like to position yourself on the shelf? Our 3D artists will of course also advise you on posing.
Can I get into my wedding dress without my partner seeing it?
It is possible to scan you in two appointments; one where your partner doesn’t see the wedding dress yet, and one where you wear something else. In post-processing we use it with the wedding dress and thus connect you into one 3D sculpture.
3D scanning as part of the wedding?
Are you getting married in the Delft, The Hague or Westland region?

Can I also have a sculpture made of a deceased person?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a 3D sculpture from a photo. Because we cannot recreate a person exactly, we think it will not deliver the desired result.
For example, we can make a family sculpture that holds a large frame containing a photo of the deceased person. We would love to talk to you to see if we can come up with a creative solution!
Can I order a 3D sculpture of a pet?
Because we now specialize in making 3D group images, we no longer make statues of individual pets. We chose this because we like to focus on what makes us unique; we are the only ones in the Netherlands who capture large groups.
Of course, your pet is still welcome to be captured with you, after all, it is part of the family!
Are additional accessories possible?
